SuperShuttle Getting A Ride To The Airport - How To Arrange A Pick Up
Depart from your home, office or hotel. Make reservation
online. Print you voucher on home/office computer. Call 24 hours in advance
of your flight to arrange specific pick up time. Present pre-paid voucher
to driver and you are on your way.
SuperShuttle Getting a Ride From the Airport - What To Do Upon Arrival at
Airport
- BWI - Make arrangements for service at one of the
SuperShuttle ticket counters located on the lower level. The ticket counters
are open between the hours of 6:00 AM and 2:00 AM. When counters are closed
call number on voucher for information or to arrange service.
- BWI Counter Locations:
Lower Level near Baggage Claim #1 (Southwest Airlines Terminal - Pier A)
Lower Level near Baggage Claim #10 (Pier C)
- IAD - At Baggage Claim, follow signs towards Ground
Transportation / Shared Ride Vans. SuperShuttle ticket counters are located
on the lower level, just before the exit. When your ticket number is called,
proceed outside where a uniformed Guest Service Representative will assist
you. The ticket counter is open from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM, with Guest Service
Representatives available until 12:00 AM.

- Child Car seats are not provided in the vehicles. If your
child requires a car seat, please bring one for the trip
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
- Wheelchair accessible vans on request
Luggage Limitations
- Please limit luggage to 2 carry-on bags and 2 check-in
bags per person (including oversize/excessive luggage eg golf clubs)
- Luggage must not exceed weight of 50lbs per bag.
- Oversized or excessive luggage (over 50lbs)/golf clubs/bikes/surf
boards have certain restrictions. Please inquire prior to booking to see
if your excess luggage is acceptable. Surf boards, bikes regardless
whether in a box or not, large boxes must be on an advance notice basis.
Additional fees will apply and paid onboard van.
