Drivers must be 22 years old and have insurance or will be required to purchase insurance protection. Confirmation & Travel Voucher

For every confirmed booking you will receive an e-mail with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print vouchers on your home/ office printer. Please present this E-Ticket voucher at the Box Office. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.

This tour must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12- 24 hours subject to availability.

Tour Rerouting and Weather, Changes to a Reservation and Cancellation and No Show Policy:

Reservations may be rescheduled at any time, depending on availability. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with out 48 hours advance notice are subject to FULL Charge. We CHARGE for NO-SHOWS!

Tours may be cancelled for safety reasons during high winds, thunderstorms, excessive heat or cold, or other severe conditions. All weather cancellations are at the discretion of Bi Partisan Tours. A full refund will be given if Tour Company cancels the tour and the customer is unable to reschedule for another time.

Service Charges and Gratuities: Gratuities are NOT included, but ALWAYS appreciated!

Service charges are incurred when damage to the vehicle occurs, traffic or parking violations are given, and delays in returning vehicles. Being on time is absolutely essential to other guest experiences and will be strictly enforced. Liability is the sole responsibility of the renters and any damages that occur are handled as quickly as possible by Bi-Partisan Tour Company and its associates.

Additional charges may also be incurred when unaccounted passengers are seen in the vehicles, only those on the reservation are permitted to be a driver or passenger in the electric vehicle.

Recommended for all tours in Washington DC: Comfortable shoes, extra layer of warm clothing, hats, visors and sunglasses.

Weather: Tour route or activity may be changed depending on local weather conditions.

Meals, Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
